James is a lifelong resident of South Florida and has witnessed the growth and change in our area over the past five decades. As a result, he brings a stable presence deeply rooted in the Palm Beaches and the Treasure Coast.
James earned his Juris Doctor at Barry University School of Law in Orlando, Florida, and his Master of Arts in History from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Florida. He is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court, Southern District of Florida. He has been a solo practitioner for almost five years specializing in trust and estate planning, with extensive knowledge of probate administration, landlord/tenant matters, general real estate, and corporate transactions. He has also worked as an associate attorney in a boutique law firm and has garnered valuable knowledge in both legal settings.
James believes that the best legal clients are those who are well informed. He takes pride in having a team that strives to deliver the utmost respect and attention to the clients, whilst maintaining compassion through navigating each client’s plan. Additionally, James sees himself as an educator, not a salesman, and believes in educating the client on exploring all options for their individual estate plan. His dedication to serving families and individuals in these legal areas is motivated by his own personal life experience.
In his spare time, James enjoys reading, boating, and carpentry. James also donates his time and effort to the Palm Beach County Legal Aid Society, Second Harvest Food Bank, and Florida’s Disaster Legal Services. He enjoys staying involved in the community and abreast of current events.
